Please return your money within 30 days. The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer. Items must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from AMORELLELASH Inc. Please pack any items carefully so that they are not damaged during transportation.
Order Issues
For orders where you are missing a product or a product was damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will replace the item once we receive defective product. Please provide us with your Order Number in the comments.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel or change an order you had just placed, you have to inform us about it before the order has been shipped. And we will inform you about canceling the order via Email or WhatsApp. Refunds are only processed once we have received and inspected the returned item, and it could take up to 5 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
