SHIPPING policy

  • You will be notified with your tracking information via e-mail once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
  • International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and other fees; this is determined by local policy. Please note that any import duties or other customs-related taxes are not included in the product or shipping prices. You as the buyer are responsible for these charges. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
  • If the logistics shows that the package has been signed for, but you have not received the package, please try to contact your family or neighbors first to see if it has been collected for you. If you do not receive it, please contact us within 7 days, we will confirm the status of the package with the logistics company. In the meantime, please contact your local courier for faster assistance.
